This song is Part 3 of the OST set from the drama Doctor Yohan/John 의사요한. I really like this song because it seems to express both Cha Yo Han and Kang Si Young's feelings so I decided to translate it.

MAG!C☆PRINCE : もしも僕が世界を変えれたら If I Can Change The World Lyrics + Romaji + Translation

This song is the ending theme OST from the drama この恋はツミなのか?! (Will This Love is a Checkmate?!). I have no idea why the title was translated in a grammatically incorrect way. I can't find a proper music video for it so I have to settle with a fan-made video for now. Anyway, here is the translation for the main theme.
